Arrival:
Staff will arrive onsite as specified by the client. We cannot be held responsible for delays (or incomplete décor) if not allowed a reasonable amount of time to complete décor, face painting and balloon twisting services as described in this agreement.

Disposal:
Breakdown and haul-away services will be provided as part of this agreement. In addition, all Embellishments and Framework are the property of Balloonieville LLC and these items will be collected during the breakdown of the event.

Terms:
Payments may be made by card cash or check. Please plan to surrender funds as outlined below:

- A 35% retainer fee is required to secure the decorating services as outlined in this agreement. If the date of the event is less than a weeks notice. The amount must be paid in full to solidify and expedite your order. These funds are scheduled to be collected on the signing of contract.

- The balance of the payment is due upon arrival on the date of service
​
We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials; complete in accordance to the above specifications.

Material Guarantee:
All materials are guaranteed to be as specified by the manufacturer. If a supplier discontinues a product or manufacturer changes material type, Balloonieville LLC reserves the right to make any last minute changes (at our discretion based on availability of materials at time of event). We reserve the right to substitute an item of like kind and quality.

Accident Clause:
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to our decor that is caused by mischief or mishandling by the client, guests or site staff. Please, do not allow guests to put the latex balloons into their mouths. Be aware that some Children and Adults have allergic reactions to latex. These Children/Adults should refrain from having contact with the latex balloons.
Inclement Weather Clause: Balloonieville LLC shall not be responsible should weather conditions make it impossible to perform décor service (as described in this agreement). This includes (but is not limited to) strong winds, rain or SNOW STORMS. However, if inclement weather prevents installation of agreed décor, A FULL REFUND MINUS DEPOSIT WILL BE ISSUED PROMPTLY.

Outdoor Décor Clause: We use only the highest quality products and make every possible effort to ensure that your décor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. If inclement weather conditions make it difficult or impossible to produce as specified Balloonieville LLC will do its best to be flexible with providing décor alternatives. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control.

Payment: Final payment may be made by cash money order or PTA checks. Final payment must be received at the time indicated above to assure fulfillment of this agreement. Once final payment has been made, there will be no refunds. Balloonieville LLC is not responsible for inclement weather, acts of God, or other situations that may cancel or postpone your event. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate date changes to your event.
Exclusivity Clause: Due to the professional level of our designs, there will not be any other balloons from other vendor sources on the event site, including the inflation of balloons by volunteers. If this occurs, Balloonieville LLC reserves the right to leave the job site for breach of contract. However, if the client and Balloonieville agree prior to the event and it is written into the contract then

Cancellation:
PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER THE CANCELLATION TERMS BEFORE COMMITTING
In the event of a cancellation, Balloonieville LLC service retains the right to apply fees as follows:

➢ For cancellations within 24 hours of event – 100% of retainer will be applied (to cover expenses incurred for preparation of event, which includes but is not limited to: cost of materials, operating cost & lost wages.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and postmarked or fax stamped within the guidelines of this agreement
​
Acceptance of Proposal: The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. Balloonieville LLC is authorized to perform the service as specified. Payment will be made as outlined above.
